The Center brings together scholars, activists and other partners from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, M\u00e9xico, and Peru, to encourage public debate on sexuality and sexual rights.<\/p><p><br \/>Created in 2002, the Latin American Center on Sexuality and Human Rights (CLAM) is a project housed within the Program on Gender, Sexuality and Health, at the State University of Rio de Janeiro&#8217;s Institute of Social Medicine (IMS\/UERJ).
