ALESSANDRA BRIGO<\/h4>

PhD in Collective Health from the Institute of Social Medicine of the State University of Rio de Janeiro (IMS\/UERJ), in the area of \u200b\u200bconcentration of Human Sciences and Health and in Cultural and Social Anthropology from the Universit\u00e0 degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca. SHe holds a master\u2019s degree in Cultural Anthropology and Ethnology from the Universit\u00e0 di Bologna with a period of study at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, the University of Pisa and the University of Lisbon. She was a research fellow at the City, University of London and a visiting scholar in the Department of Anthropology at New York University. She has experience as coordinator of social projects focused on gender and sexual and reproductive rights.She works in the field of studies of reproductive rights, abortion and feminist movements.<\/p>
