LUCAS TRAMONTANO<\/h4>

Holds a degree in Pharmacy from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2009), a master’s degree (2012) and a Ph.D. (2017) in Public Health from the Institute of Social Medicine at the State University of Rio de Janeiro (IMS-UERJ), with a concentration in Humanities and Health, and a postdoctoral degree in the Graduate Program in Information Science at the Brazilian Institute of Information in Science and Technology of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (IBICT-UFRJ). Was a Substitute Professor at the Institute for Collective Health Studies at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (Iesc-UFRJ). Researcher in the field of gender, sexuality, and science studies, with a focus on the production of contemporary masculinities, processes of medicalization and pharmacologization, gender production technologies, testosterone use, body modifications, and sex hormones. Recently worked as a researcher at the National Institute of Women, Children and Adolescents’ Health Fernandes Figueira of the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (IFF\/Fiocruz), studying masculinities, youth, and COVID-19.<\/p>
