She has a Doctorate and Master\u2019s degree in Social Anthropology from the University of Bras\u00edlia and Bachelor in Social Sciences with specialization in Social Anthropology from the same university. Specialist in Public Health with an emphasis on Health Technology Assessment at the Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Oswaldo Cruz &#8211; Fiocruz Bras\u00edlia. She performed a post-doctoral internship at the Institute of Social Medicine of the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (IMS \/ UERJ). She is also author of the book \u00abPolitical economies of disease and health: an ethnography of pharmaceutical experimentation\u00bb (2020) and co-organizer of the collection \u00abAnthropologies, health and crisis contexts\u00bb (2018). Member of the Anthropology and Health Committee of the Brazilian Association of Anthropology. Full member of the Research Ethics Committee of the IMS\/UERJ. Associate editor of the magazine Interface &#8211; Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, Sa\u00fade, Educa\u00e7\u00e3o. Physis Review Editor: Revista de Sa\u00fade Coletiva. Conducts research on flows and practices in the field of pharmaceutical research on human beings in Brazil and actions of collectives and associations of patients seeking access to experimental treatments. Currently investigating scientific and biomedical practices involving vaccines and drugs in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic.
