La homosexualidad &ndash;tal como la conocimos hasta hace pocos a\u00f1os&ndash; naci\u00f3 como un problema del Estado. Ella fue creada como un asunto p\u00fablico, sobre el cual determinados actores sociales (cient\u00edficos, pol\u00edticos, intelectuales, religiosos) tendr\u00edan derecho a opinar, ya que el dominio de lo p\u00fablico comprende la evaluaci\u00f3n de todo aquello que se cree pueda traer consecuencias para todos y no s\u00f3lo para los actores privados.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = \"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office\" \/><o_p><\/o_p><\/SPAN><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\"><SPAN lang=ES-AR style=\"FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana; mso-ansi-language: ES-AR\"><o_p>&nbsp;<\/o_p><\/SPAN><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\"><SPAN lang=ES-AR style=\"FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana; mso-ansi-language: ES-AR\">Desde una \u00f3ptica estatal, con el correr de los a\u00f1os, esto trajo una consecuencia impensada: la formaci\u00f3n de una estridente identidad homosexual forjada en la clandestinidad. All\u00ed comenzaron los problemas para el Estado. Cuando los gays comenzaron a hablar por s\u00ed mismos, los actores estatales resucitaron la virtud de la &ldquo;tolerancia&rdquo;, con la esperanza de realizar un pacto para que todo volviera a la &ldquo;normalidad&rdquo;. El Estado se comprometer\u00eda a tolerar siempre y cuando la homosexualidad no se dejara ver ni escuchar.<o_p><\/o_p><\/SPAN><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\"><SPAN lang=ES-AR style=\"FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana; mso-ansi-language: ES-AR\"><o_p>&nbsp;<\/o_p><\/SPAN><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\"><SPAN lang=ES-AR style=\"FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana; mso-ansi-language: ES-AR\">Sin embargo, el pacto no se cerr\u00f3. En adelante, la homosexualidad no ser\u00eda el problema p\u00fablico del Estado creado por sus actores tradicionales, sino un problema p\u00fablico para el Estado creado por los homosexuales, justamente como respuesta a la forma en que sus modos de vida hab\u00edan sido creados como problema.
