In 2007, CLAM published the document Chile: Overview of Sexuality and Human Rights with the aim of reviewing the situation of sexual rights in Chile from a human rights perspective, incorporating the changes that have taken place in legislation, regulations, and public policies.
To provide an updated version of this overview—particularly regarding adolescent sexual and reproductive health and emergency contraception—CLAM and FLACSO (Chile) now offer the document Chile: Sexual and Reproductive Rights and Health. 2009 Update.
