The book Research on Sexuality in Colombia (1990–2004): A Bibliographic Overview provides an assessment of the accumulated knowledge about sexuality across various disciplines that have contributed to establishing this topic as an object of research in Colombia. This volume, produced jointly by CLAM and the Gender Studies School of the National University of Colombia, Bogotá campus, is part of a larger project promoted by CLAM in collaboration with researchers from several Latin American countries. The project aims to contribute to the development of a sexuality study agenda from a rights-based perspective and to influence public debates on the topic in the region. The research was led by Mauro Brigeiro (coordinator), Marco Alejandro Melo, Claudia Rivera Amarillo, and Manuel Alejandro Rodríguez Rondón.
