Bruno Zilli graduated with a Licentiate in Social Sciences from the State University of Rio de Janeiro – UERJ (2004). He has a Master’s degree in Collective Health from the Postgraduate Program in Collective Health of the Institute of Social Medicine-IMS / UERJ (2007). He received his Doctorate in Social Sciences from the Postgraduate Program in Social Sciences-PPCIS / UERJ (2012). He did postdoctoral work at the Institute of Social Medicine IMS / UERJ (2014-2015). He is also an associate member of the Latin American Center on Sexuality and Human Rights (2014-2015) – CLAM / IMS / UERJ. He is executive editor of the Sexualidad, Salud y Sociedad-Revista Latinoamericana journal. He was a substitute professor in the Department of Social Sciences (2009-2010) and a guest professor in Disciplines at the Institute of Social Medicine (2014, 2016, 2018), both at the State University of Rio de Janeiro. He has experience in the area of ​​Social Sciences, with a focus on Anthropology, sub-areas of medical anthropology, anthropology of emotions, and digital anthropology, working mainly on the following topics: sexuality, gender, sexual rights, human rights, psychiatry, internet and communication and information technologies.
