marina nucci
Marina Nucci graduated in Social Sciences (with a bachelor’s and licentiate) from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in 2007. She received her Master’s degree (2010) and PhD (2015) in Public Health from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (IMS/UERJ). She conducts research in the area of gender, sexuality, medicalization and social studies of science. She holds a postdoctoral degree at Casa de Oswaldo Cruz (COC / Fiocruz) in the research on medicalization of births, coordinated by Luiz Antonio Teixeira. She is currently a postdoctoral fellow at IMS / UERJ under the supervision of Jane Russo. Email: marinanucci@gmail.com
