Director of CAPS III CAPS Casa Azul in Mesquita – RJ, Coordinator and professor in the Psychology program at Estácio de Sá University (Campo Grande campus), Mentor at UniBTA Digital, and Clinical-Institutional Supervisor at CAPS II/CAPSi in Queimados-RJ. Holds a degree in Psychology from the Federal University of Bahia (2014). Completed a residency in Mental Health at the Institute of Psychiatry (2018). Holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from the Institute of Social Medicine at the State University of Rio de Janeiro (IMS/UERJ) and is pursuing a doctorate in Public Health at the same institution. Worked as a clinical psychologist, Therapeutic Companion (AT) within the perspective of expanded clinical practice at the Bem Viver Clinic and Center for Interdisciplinary Studies (2014–2016), and as a researcher at the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies in Mental Health at the Institute of Collective Health at UFBA (2014–2015). Research interests include the intersection of the following themes: Mental Health (Brazilian Psychiatric Reform/Anti-Asylum Movement), Suffering Management, Queer Studies, Black and Decolonial Feminism, Social and Dynamic Markers of Difference (race/color, class, gender, sexuality, and territory), with a focus on discussions about race, racism, and their manifestations in health.
