Carried out in partnership with activist groups and academic institutions, this research aims to gather data on the victimization and discrimination of homosexuals in Brazil. It also focuses on aspects related to the sociability and sexuality of gays, lesbians, and transgender individuals, in addition to outlining the social and political profile of participants in GLBT pride parades.

In 2006, the survey was conducted at the 5th Diversity Parade of Pernambuco, promoted by CLAM, CESeC, Instituto Papai, and the Research Center on Gender and Masculinities of the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE).
