The book “Sexualities, Politics, and Violence: The GLTTBI Pride March – Buenos Aires 2005” presents, for the second consecutive year, the results of a survey conducted during a GLTTBI march held in that city. Once again, researchers from the Sexualities Studies Group (GES), part of the Gino Germani Research Institute at the University of Buenos Aires, carried out this work with the goal of understanding the experiences and opinions of participants in the Buenos Aires GLTTBI Pride March — including gays, lesbians, travestis, transsexuals, bisexuals, and intersex individuals.
This activity is part of a broader research project promoted by CLAM, which began with the first survey conducted in Rio de Janeiro in 2003.
