Viviane Mattar

VIVIANE MATTAR

Doctor and Master in Public Health from the Institute of Social Medicine – UERJ, specialist in gender and sexuality from CLAM – UERJ (Specialization Course in Gender and Sexuality – EGES), and graduate in Nutrition from Universidade Gama Filho. Currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Social Sciences at the State University of Rio de Janeiro, researcher at the Latin American Center on Sexuality and Human Rights (CLAM), member of the UERJ Academic Nucleus of the Rio Without LGBTIphobia Program, and president of the NGO Projeto Violeta. Has experience in the field of Nutrition, with an emphasis on Nutritional Analysis of Populations, in the educational area, focused on work in social projects and research in the field of Public Health, with an emphasis on Social Policies, Gender, Sexuality, Food, and Favelas. Also works as a manager and consultant for social projects in the third sector, where coordinates projects on culture, food, gender, and sexuality.
